Bone broth is the most forgiving thing you can make but so so good for your gut.
Low and slow is the whole secret — the longer it goes, the richer it gets. Apple cider helps bring out the collagen and gelatin of the bones.
You can use bone broth as a base for soups, ramen, and stews, or swap it in for water when cooking rice, quinoa, or noodles.
You can also add a splash to sauces, gravies, mashed potatoes, or sautéed vegetables for a little extra flavor. It can also be used to make bone broth hot chocolate!
